Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon whole cumin seed
- 1 tablespoon cracked coriander seed
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons mint, freshly chopped
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 lb east african variety olive
Recipe
- 1 combine everything in a glass jar.
- 2 add the olives and toss to coat.
- 3 refrigerate for 3 days.
- 4 lasts for 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
