Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 100 g salted butter
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon brandy
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- parsley
Recipe
- 1 put all the ingredients in a blender.
- 2 blend well until garlic and parsley are finely chopped.
- 3 allow at least 2 hours before using it, for the flavours to mix well.
