- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
Recipe
- 1 remove wing tips from chicken and cut apart at joint.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients.
- 3 marinate chicken wings for at least 24 hours.
- 4 preheat oven to 375.
- 5 bake for 1 hour.
- 6 serve warm.
