Greek Feta Spread (kopanisti)

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint or 1 teaspoon crumbled dried mint
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, plus more as needed
- 6 pepperoncini peppers, chopped (pickled green peppers)
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, combine the cheese, olive oil, garlic, mint, red pepper flakes and peperoncini and process until smooth.
- 2 taste and add more red pepper flakes or peperoncini, if desired.
