Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine feta, yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, dill and pepper in a blender or a food processor, puree until smooth.
- 2 transfer mixture to a bowl and serve as a spread or a dip.
