Greek Feta And Dill Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine feta, yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, dill and pepper in a blender or a food processor, puree until smooth.
  • 2 transfer mixture to a bowl and serve as a spread or a dip.
