Ginger Sauce

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon peeled and grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons superfine sugar (caster)

Recipe

  • 1 combine soy sauce, ginger and sugar in a bowl.
  • 2 stir until sugar dissolves.
  • 3 cover and let stand at least 15 minutes before serving.
