Ingredients
- 1/2 lb tofu, crumbled
- 2 scallions or 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 2 -3 tablespoons mayonnaise or 2 -3 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 2 teaspoons sweet relish
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- salt
- pepper
