Ingredients
- 1 (13 3/4 ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
Recipe
- 1 drain artichoke hearts and chop into small pieces.
- 2 stir together, artichokes, mayonnaise and cheese.
- 3 cover and refrigerate.
