Ingredients
- 2 lbs ricotta cheese
- 3 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon clove
- 1 cup romano cheese
- 6 eggs
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together.
- 2 shape into balls then flatten.
- 3 fry in oil slowly until golden brown.
- 4 drain on paper towels.
