Rachel's Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 small tomato
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemons or 2 tablespoons lime juice

Recipe

  • 1 peel and mash (or blend in food processor) two avocados. add and mix diced or pressed garlic cloves, salt, pepper, onion powder, lemon juice. add diced tomatoes and chill for 2 hours. enjoy with chips or as a spread on a sandwich or wrap.
