Pesto Croutes

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 4 slices crusty bread
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon pesto sauce

Recipe

• 1 cut the bread into bite size chunks and tip into an oven proof pan.
• 2 mix the oil and pesto and toss with bread until coated.
• 3 bake at 190c for 10 minutes.
