Olive Oil Sauteed Mushrooms

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb button mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 wash and slice mushrooms, at least 1/2 inch thick (or quarters).
  • 2 heat olive oil in a non stick sautee pan.
  • 3 add mushrooms and allow to brown, before stirring or moving pan.
  • 4 once mushrooms have browned nicely, season with salt and pepper and serve.
