Ingredients
- 1 lb button mushroom
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 wash and slice mushrooms, at least 1/2 inch thick (or quarters).
- 2 heat olive oil in a non stick sautee pan.
- 3 add mushrooms and allow to brown, before stirring or moving pan.
- 4 once mushrooms have browned nicely, season with salt and pepper and serve.
