Holiday Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
• 8 ounces blue cheese
• 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
• 3 dashes tabasco sauce
• 1 clove mashed garlic
• pepper
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup chopped parsley
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Recipe

• 1 bring cheeses to room temperature.
• 2 mix together worcestershire, tabasco, garlic, pepper and 1/2 cup pecans.
• 3 mix thoroughly with cheeses& chill for at least 2 hours.
• 4 roll ball of cheese in the parsley/pecan mixture.
