Frank's Black Olive Dip

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups canned black olives, drained and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix mayonnaise and sour cream in medium bowl to blend.
  • 2 add olives, onions, cilantro, lime juice, garlic and 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce. season with salt and pepper.
  • 3 taste, adding more hop pepper sauce if desired.
  • 4 cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well chilled, at least 1 and up to 8 hours.
  • 5 serve dip with tortilla chips.
