Frank's Black Olive Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups canned black olives, drained and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups green onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix mayonnaise and sour cream in medium bowl to blend.
- 2 add olives, onions, cilantro, lime juice, garlic and 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce. season with salt and pepper.
- 3 taste, adding more hop pepper sauce if desired.
- 4 cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well chilled, at least 1 and up to 8 hours.
- 5 serve dip with tortilla chips.
