Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 lb smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons scotch whisky
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 dash cayenne
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or 2 tablespoons scallions
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor. pulse until mixed.
- 2 store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
