Philly Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 lbs medium size mushrooms
- 6 tablespoons margarine
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup natural blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons onions, minced
Recipe
- 1 remove mushroom stems, and chop enough stems to measure 1/2 cup.
- 2 cook half of mushroom caps in 3 tablespoons margarine over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- 3 drain on papertowels.
- 4 repeat with other half of mushrooms.
- 5 combine cream cheese and blue cheese.
- 6 mix until well blended.
- 7 stir in chopped stems and onions.
- 8 fill each mushroom cap with cheese mixture.
- 9 place caps on cookie sheet.
- 10 broil until golden brown and cheese is soft.
