Richard's Sauteed Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 250 g cooked skinned potatoes
  • 12 g margarine or 12 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon mace
  • salt
  • pepper, as you like
  • 1 dash curry powder

Recipe

  • 1 cook the potatoes in hot water or the oven.
  • 2 melt the butter in the wock.
  • 3 cut up the potatoe and put them in the wock and simmer in the marg or butter for at least 30 secconds.
  • 4 once nice and hot sprinkle some maceor curry powder on.
  • 5 heat up then sprinkle on salt and prpper.
  • 6 serve as you like.
