Phyllis' Fresh Guacamole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 3 avocados
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 large ripe tomato, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 cut the avocados in half and remove the seed.
  • 2 with a spoon scoop out the insides and put in a medium bowl.
  • 3 add onion, garlic powder, chili powder and lemon juice.
  • 4 with a potato masher, squash the avocados until creamy.
  • 5 chop the tomato and fold in mixing everything well.
  • 6 serve as a dip, sandwich filling or garnish.
