Phyllis' Fresh Guacamole

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 3 avocados
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 large ripe tomato, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cut the avocados in half and remove the seed.
- 2 with a spoon scoop out the insides and put in a medium bowl.
- 3 add onion, garlic powder, chili powder and lemon juice.
- 4 with a potato masher, squash the avocados until creamy.
- 5 chop the tomato and fold in mixing everything well.
- 6 serve as a dip, sandwich filling or garnish.
