Ingredients
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 lime, juice of
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
Recipe
- 1 in a non-stick pan, sautee red onion in until tender
- 2 add all ingredients to food processor and pluse about 7-10 times until your desired consistency is reached.
- 3 chill for 1 hour and serve.
