Ingredients

- 3 lbs tiny new potatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetarian pesto sauce
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 180°c.
- 2 toss the potatoes in the oil and place in the tray. bake for 45 mins ensuring they are tender all they way through.
- 3 drain any excess oil and toss the hot potatoes with the pesto.
- 4 serve as directed above.
