Pesto Roasties

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 3 lbs tiny new potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetarian pesto sauce

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 180°c.
  • 2 toss the potatoes in the oil and place in the tray. bake for 45 mins ensuring they are tender all they way through.
  • 3 drain any excess oil and toss the hot potatoes with the pesto.
  • 4 serve as directed above.
