Olivada

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted black olives
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato
  • fresh ground pepper
  • cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine in a food processor and serve. garnish with fresh herbs such as thyme, basil or oregano.
