Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon green onion, finely chopped, green part only
- 1 1/4 cups fresh spinach, washed and finely shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch dill
- 1 pinch basil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper (optional)
- 1 pinch paprika (optional)
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 chill before serving with melba toast (garlic toast).
