Italian Tricolor Layered Dip

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 6 ounces goat cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 6 ounces pesto sauce
  • 8 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 line a small casserole dish with plastic wrap. set aside.
  • 2 mix cream cheese, garlic and goat cheese together.
  • 3 spread 1/3 of the cheese mixture evenly in the dish.
  • 4 spread all of the sundried tomatoes on top.
  • 5 layer another 1/3 of the cheese mixture on top of tomatoes.
  • 6 spread all of the pesto on top of the cheese.
  • 7 finish with remaining 1/3 of the cheese mixture.
  • 8 cover and chill for an hour, or longer.
  • 9 turn dish upside down onto a serving platter/plate and serve.
  • 10 buon appetito!
