Ingredients
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
- 3 tablespoons rounded tahini paste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons cilantro (fresh)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 fresh red pepper, blackened
- 1/2 jalpeno pepper, diced
- 1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in food processor, except olive oil to form a smooth paste. slowly drizzle extra virgin olive oil into mixture until smooth and creamy. may serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
