Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
  • 3 tablespoons rounded tahini paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro (fresh)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 fresh red pepper, blackened
  • 1/2 jalpeno pepper, diced
  • 1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in food processor, except olive oil to form a smooth paste. slowly drizzle extra virgin olive oil into mixture until smooth and creamy. may serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
