Hummus The Healthy Way

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 800 g canned chick-peas, drained
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons tahini paste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes, dried
  • 3/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients except water into food processor and process until well mixed.
  • 2 slowly add water until desired consistency is reached.
