Ingredients
- 800 g canned chick-peas, drained
- 1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons tahini paste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- pepper, to taste
- salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes, dried
- 3/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients except water into food processor and process until well mixed.
- 2 slowly add water until desired consistency is reached.
