Smoked Salmon Quesadillas

Ingredients
- 10 inches flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 ounce smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine chopped salmon, parmesan cheese, mayo and pepper. mix well.
- 2 heat a teflon frying pan on medium heat.
- 3 spread half the mixture on the tortilla in a thin layer. top with mozzarella cheese, and top with another tortilla.
- 4 once tortilla starts to brown, flip and heat the other side.
- 5 once bottom tortill is brown, remove from heat and let cool on cutting board. after 2 minutes, cut with a pizza wheel and serve.
