Smoked Salmon Quesadillas

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 12 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 10 inches flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 ounce smoked salmon
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine chopped salmon, parmesan cheese, mayo and pepper. mix well.
  • 2 heat a teflon frying pan on medium heat.
  • 3 spread half the mixture on the tortilla in a thin layer. top with mozzarella cheese, and top with another tortilla.
  • 4 once tortilla starts to brown, flip and heat the other side.
  • 5 once bottom tortill is brown, remove from heat and let cool on cutting board. after 2 minutes, cut with a pizza wheel and serve.
