Prosciutto And Bocconcini Appetizers

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette (you need 24 slices that you have toasted)
  • 12 bocconcini, thinly sliced (mini cheese balls)
  • 24 fresh basil leaves
  • 24 slices prosciutto
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • cracked black pepper (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 top each slice of bread with a few bocconcini slices & a basil leave. place on baking sheet.
  • 2 mound a slice of prosciutto over the top.
  • 3 sprinkle with parmesan cheese and black pepper.
  • 4 broil until cheese melts (1-2 minutes).
