Matt's Chipotle-avocado Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 avocados, coarsely chopped
  • 2 bunches green onions, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro, minced
  • 9 tablespoons tabascoâ® brand chipotle pepper sauce
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 1/8 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all the ingredients except for the avocados in a mixing bowl.
  • 2 stir well and then cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  • 3 before serving, add your avocados and stir into the mix.
  • 4 serve.
