Matt's Chipotle-avocado Salsa

Ingredients
- 3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 2 avocados, coarsely chopped
- 2 bunches green onions, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup cilantro, minced
- 9 tablespoons tabascoâ® brand chipotle pepper sauce
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1/8 cup lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients except for the avocados in a mixing bowl.
- 2 stir well and then cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
- 3 before serving, add your avocados and stir into the mix.
- 4 serve.
