Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup mushroom (washed, cut into chunks)
- 1 cup onion (peeled, also cut into chunks)
- 4 rolls (or if you want it to be smaller, cut 1 baguette)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup of grated cheese (your choice! bri, american etc)
Recipe
- 1 first, mix the onions and mushrooms into a hot skillet (with the tablespoon of olive oil).
- 2 second, begin frying until mushrooms release water.
- 3 third, take the mushrooms and onions, and place them on the 4 rolls (or baguette)
- 4 fourth, sprinkle the cheese on top.
- 5 fifth, place into toaster oven until cheese melts.
- 6 take out and let cool for 5 minute.
- 7 enjoy!
