Pineapple Cheese Logs

Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups finely chopped pecans, divided
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
Recipe
- 1 set aside 1 cup of the pecans to roll the logs inches.
- 2 mix remaining ingredients (i use a mixer).
- 3 refrigerate for several hours.
- 4 divide cheese mixture in half, and roll each half into a log (or make 1 huge log).
- 5 roll each log in reserved pecans, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate until serving time.
- 6 unwrap, place on platter, and serve with crackers.
