Pineapple Cheese Logs

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups finely chopped pecans, divided
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning salt

Recipe

  • 1 set aside 1 cup of the pecans to roll the logs inches.
  • 2 mix remaining ingredients (i use a mixer).
  • 3 refrigerate for several hours.
  • 4 divide cheese mixture in half, and roll each half into a log (or make 1 huge log).
  • 5 roll each log in reserved pecans, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate until serving time.
  • 6 unwrap, place on platter, and serve with crackers.
