Ingredients
- 2 cups jicama, peeled, diced small
- 6 oranges, peeled, pith removed, sectioned, chopped small
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, diced small
- 1 tablespoon dried cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, mix all the ingredients & chill in the refrigerator.
- 2 serve with chips.
