Hummus - Low Fat

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas
  • 1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 2 medium garlic cloves
  • 3/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 drain & rinse chickpeas, reserving 1 t liquid
  • 2 put all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.
