Ingredients
- 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas
- 1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 2 medium garlic cloves
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 drain & rinse chickpeas, reserving 1 t liquid
- 2 put all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.
