Honey Lemon Butter

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Recipe

• 1 stir together first 3 ingredients. roll mixture on wax paper, forming a 6-inch-long log. roll log in chopped pecans. wrap in wax paper; chill 1 hour or until firm.
