- 4 firm ripe peaches, peeled and quartered
- 16 slices prosciutto
- toothpick
Recipe
- 1 wrap each peach quarter with prosciutto so that it goes around twice.
- 2 secure with toothpick.
- 3 grill until prosciutto has browned a bit.
- 4 cool slightly before eating.
