Ingredients
- 1 french baguette, sliced
- 5 scallions
- 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 slice baguette into 1/4" slices.
- 2 chop scallions into bits and mix with shredded cheddar.
- 3 add enough mayonnaise to make of spreading consistency.
- 4 spread mixture onto breads and put on cookie sheet.
- 5 bake on 425 degrees until bubbly and/or very lightly browned.
