Parmesan Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans quartered artichokes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 soften cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl until spreadable.
  • 3 add in remaining ingredients and mix together using a spatula.
  • 4 place mixture in a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
