Ingredients

- toothpick
- 1 pint chicken liver
- 8 ounces bacon
- soy sauce
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 wrap livers individually with bacon, secure with toothpick.
- 3 place livers on a cookie sheet.
- 4 shake lots of soy sauce and the lots of black pepper.
- 5 let stand a few minutes.
- 6 bake until bacon is crisp and livers firm and not pink on the inside.
