Ingredients
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup tap water
Recipe
- 1 heat all the ingredients in an iron skillet on medium heat.
- 2 stir constantly with a wooden spoon until all the moisture is cooked out.
- 3 sugar will crystallize on pecans.
- 4 turn out on wax paper.
- 5 break apart as they cool.
