Mexican Fondue

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3/4 cup mexican beer
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/3 cup minced green chili

Recipe

  • 1 mix together all of the ingredients in a fondue pot or heavy saucepan.
  • 2 stirring frequently, warm until the mixture is smooth and the cheese melts.
  • 3 keep warm for serving in the fondue pot or on the stove.
