- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/3 cup minced green chili
Recipe
- 1 mix together all of the ingredients in a fondue pot or heavy saucepan.
- 2 stirring frequently, warm until the mixture is smooth and the cheese melts.
