Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 (10 ounce) bag fresh spinach
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 saute the artichoke hearts, spinach, and garlic until spinach is wilted.
- 2 let cool slightly
- 3 add everything in a bowl and mix together until combined.
- 4 season with salt and pepper if wanter.
