Ingredients
- 1 lb feta cheese
- 3 lbs cream cheese
- 20 pitted kalamata olives
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 put cloves of garlic in food processor, blend for about 30 secs.
- 2 add feta, pitted kalamatas, milk, black pepper
- 3 turn processor on highest speed.
- 4 add cream cheese in sections through the top while dip is mixing.
- 5 blend until smooth.
