- 1 lb velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
Recipe
- 1 mix ingredients in 2-qt. microwaveable bowl.
- 2 microwave on high 5 minute or until velveeta is completely melted, stirring after 3 minute.
- 3 serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, wheat thins original crackers or tortilla chips.
