Ingredients
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
- 10 ounces spinach, frozen chopped thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dill, fresh chopped
- 2 teaspoons lemon peel, fated
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mash cheese in a bowl. stir in yogurt, spinach, green onions, dill, lemon peel and salt.
- 2 mix well.
- 3 serve at room temperature.
- 4 can be refrigerated for 2 days.
