Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed, drained, and mashed
- 1 sweet potato, cooked and mashed
- 1/4 cup orange juice (or to taste, can sub lemon juice)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaf, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt and black pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix well in food processor and serve with warm pita bread or crackers.
