Mediterranean Tuna Appetizer

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (5 ounce) can solid tuna, in olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh baby dill, chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoons finely sliced julienned sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced pitted kalamata olive
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1/3 cup steamed green beans, cut diagonally in small slivers or 1/3 cup canned green beans
  • 1/2 lemon, juice of
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 loaf french bread (long baguette)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together with a fork, except bread.
  • 2 serve topping with slices of french bread or bruschetta.
