Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen peas (thawed)
- 1/3 cup pistachios (shelled)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon horseradish powder
- 1 garlic clove
- salt (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together except for peas.
- 2 add peas and stir.
- 3 puree until smooth.
- 4 refrigerate.
