Green Pea Wasabi Hummus

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peas (thawed)
  • 1/3 cup pistachios (shelled)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish powder
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together except for peas.
  • 2 add peas and stir.
  • 3 puree until smooth.
  • 4 refrigerate.
