Horseradish Cream

Ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons dry mustard
• 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (we like creamed hot)
• 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients and mix well.
• 2 cover and chill at least 1 hour to blend flavours.
