Ham & Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can flaked ham
  • 2 teaspoons dried chives
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • chopped parsley

Recipe

  • 1 beat or mash cheese and ham together until blended.
  • 2 add chives, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce.
  • 3 shape into a ball, chilling first if necessary.
  • 4 if too soft, shape into mound on plate.
  • 5 roll in parsley.
  • 6 chill.
  • 7 serve with crackers or chips.
  • 8 makes 21/2 cups.
  • 9 ham roll canapes: form into a roll.
  • 10 make roll smaller in diameter than ypur favorite round crackers.
  • 11 to serve, place thin slices on crackers, or use as a spread.
