Ham & Cheese Ball

Ingredients

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can flaked ham
- 2 teaspoons dried chives
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- chopped parsley
Recipe
- 1 beat or mash cheese and ham together until blended.
- 2 add chives, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce.
- 3 shape into a ball, chilling first if necessary.
- 4 if too soft, shape into mound on plate.
- 5 roll in parsley.
- 6 chill.
- 7 serve with crackers or chips.
- 8 makes 21/2 cups.
- 9 ham roll canapes: form into a roll.
- 10 make roll smaller in diameter than ypur favorite round crackers.
- 11 to serve, place thin slices on crackers, or use as a spread.
