"the Loaf"

Ingredients
- Servings: 20
- 3 (2 ounce) packages buddig beef (found in lunch meat isle)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 cups of shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 bunch scallion
- 2 loaves italian bread (large)
Recipe
- 1 cut out the center of one loaf of bread (use shell as bread bowl and tear up the rest for dipping as well as the other loaf).
- 2 chop buddig beef into small pieces.
- 3 chop 1/4 of the scallions (only green part) into small pieces.
- 4 mix all ingredients together (except bread obviously).
- 5 i don't use all the scallions. i put 1/4 into the mix and then put a little bit more on top for color.
- 6 put mixture into bread bowl and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until bread starts to brown.
- 7 enjoy.
