"the Loaf"

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 3 (2 ounce) packages buddig beef (found in lunch meat isle)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 cups of shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 bunch scallion
  • 2 loaves italian bread (large)

Recipe

  • 1 cut out the center of one loaf of bread (use shell as bread bowl and tear up the rest for dipping as well as the other loaf).
  • 2 chop buddig beef into small pieces.
  • 3 chop 1/4 of the scallions (only green part) into small pieces.
  • 4 mix all ingredients together (except bread obviously).
  • 5 i don't use all the scallions. i put 1/4 into the mix and then put a little bit more on top for color.
  • 6 put mixture into bread bowl and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until bread starts to brown.
  • 7 enjoy.
