Queso Dip

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes & chilies (i use hot)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 lb velveeta cheese
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 1.first brown your ground beef in a skillet adding salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 2. while that's cooking, chop your velveeta in to small chunks and put into a crock pot.
  • 3 3. chop up your peppers and onions and add those to the crock pot with the cheese.
  • 4 4. add your sour cream and can of rotel to the mix.
  • 5 5. as soon as your meat is done and it to the mix.
  • 6 6. cook on high for about 15 minutes stirring occasionally so the cheese doesn't burn.
