Queso Dip

Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes & chilies (i use hot)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 lb velveeta cheese
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 1.first brown your ground beef in a skillet adding salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 2. while that's cooking, chop your velveeta in to small chunks and put into a crock pot.
- 3 3. chop up your peppers and onions and add those to the crock pot with the cheese.
- 4 4. add your sour cream and can of rotel to the mix.
- 5 5. as soon as your meat is done and it to the mix.
- 6 6. cook on high for about 15 minutes stirring occasionally so the cheese doesn't burn.
